Editing the Graph Title and Axis Frame



[setting font properties]

This dialog box is displayed by selecting [Edit] - [Frame and Title] or clicking the title box.
The following dimensions are those at original size (100% zoom).

Line specing(mm)
This parameter defines distance between baselines.

Rightward (downward) shift(mm) from default position:
You can move the title box with a mouse.


Border Style: Select the border style of the title box.

Margin:Width of margin of the title box in millimeters.
Font of numerals
Set name and size of the font of numerals. These properties become the default values for legends and titles.

Left (Top) Margin (mm) : You can move the graph by left-clicking on an arbitrary axis and drag'n'drop.


Width (mm) : Width of the horizontal axis.

Height (mm) : Height of the vertical axis.

You can also change both width and height by left-clicking on the right-bottom corner and drag'n'drop.

Width of Line(mm) : Here you can change the width of line for axis frame.

For Mathematics
Mark this check box to enter the mathematical mode, which is suitable for teaching and learning math. The frame of the graph disappears (displayed with gray on screen). Instead, x-axis and y-axis are created. Also, axis numerals are not displayed in the mode. In the math mode, the axis setting dialog box is displayed by clicking x-axis ory-axis.

Auto O-x-y labels
If this check box is marked, labels for origin, x, and y are automatically created. If the default location and/or font are not satisfactory, unckeck here and manually create them with [Insert] - [Legend].

Background Image
You can insert a background image. Select the image file with the file-open dialogbox displayed by clicking the button. You can tweak the rightward (downward) shift (mm) from default position.
