石井講師が第28回「Plant and Animal Genome (PAG)」にて招待講演を行いました。

2020年1月11～15日にアメリカ、サンディエゴで行われた。第28回「Plant and Animal Genome (PAG)」にて、石井孝佳講師が「Functional characterization of cowpea centromeres」と「RNA-guided endonuclease in situ labelling (RGEN-ISL): CRISPR-based imaging of genomic sequences in plants and animals」と題し、2題の招待講演を行いました。「Functional characterization of cowpea centromeres」では乾燥地の重要作物であるササゲの動原体機能に関する発表を行いました。「RNA-guided endonuclease in situ labelling (RGEN-ISL): CRISPR-based imaging of genomic sequences in plants and animals」では、ゲノム編集技術の応用による新規ゲノム領域の可視化法を紹介しました。
